My Background
After spending several years with the largest finance and accounting recruiting firm in the United States, I felt confident enough to put my knowledge and experience to the test and launch my own staffing agency. Early in my career I was fortunate to be mentored by some of the best recruiters in the industry. Some of these individuals had decades of experience and had placed thousands of people - I couldn’t be more grateful for their guidance. In addition to my years of recruiting experience, I also hold a double major in finance and analytics, have my MBA, and worked in financial consulting for a year before transitioning into recruiting.
I make sure to take time to speak with every hiring manager and candidate that I work with to understand their needs. Unfortunately, people can have negative experiences with recruiting processes for a variety of reasons. Being an independent recruiter allows me to work more closely with all parties instead of having to focus on metrics and arbitrary placement targets.
